The fire was reignited when a fuel line broke and began spraying fuel onto the engine block due to the still live battery, which was unable to be shut off due to exposed wiring.

S303 and BCoFD Truck 1 performed an extrication rescue on the outer loop of 695 and York Road.

Upon arrival, Squad 303 found an overturned tractor trailer containing hazardous materials blocking all lanes of 695 on the inner loop at Charles street.

Members spent some time today refreshing on our vehicle extrication skills and working with probationary members.
